Not Starting in Cold Weather or first thing in the morning

Question

I installed EvoOne on my 2015 Toyota Corolla with a T harness and fortin remote.  Remote start works all day, but not first thing in the morning, when it is needed the most.  It did not work this morning, so I was going to check wiring but started working fine after the first start with the key.

When it does not start, what do the parking lights on the vehicle do? Do they flash X amount of times?
