2015 jeep patriot not starting

bought the evo-chrt5 for my 2015 jeep patriot ,hooked up and find I needed programer for auto start,so hooked up a prostart with unit and it will turn ign on but will not crank over

need the service number to the module.

Also a little more information as to how you installed everything, what the led's are doing during remote start attempt, how the modules are connected together (wire to wire or data link)...

and also auto start connected thru data link thanks

2 suggestions first try cutting the white and blue wires from the 4 pin data link connector

Have you tried setting up as a stand alone and see if it starts? you will need the flash link updater to do this.

If this works then you have an issue with either the data link or the remote start.

found a local guy that has updater ,and he will program unit for stand alone ,and will advise how I made out thanks
once it was programmed for stand alone it turned right up thanks

YES CONNECTED TO DATA LINK ,IS THE FORTIN PROGRAMMED FOR AUTO START ,WILL GET NUMBER OFF BACK OF IT AND SEND IT TO YOU THANKS
