no start. just cranking.

Question

i working at kia and installed lot of remote start

i have 2014 forte(key start)

double checked all wires and evo-all

we installed autostart with evo-all on 2014 forte(key)

Is it possible for the evoall to unprogram itself?

it's working only one day or few hours

door lock,unlock everythings work without remote start

if reprogram evoall. remote start is working right now

but Just cranking no start after a day

i tried new evo-all, no change

What lights turn on on the EVO when it fails to start? I have a feeling this is a datalink problem or the Ground-when-Running is not powering up the EVO properly.

turn on red and yellow light on when crank

i checked the ground-when-running wire. no problem

also checked both can line on obd connector. behind bcm connector

seem to be lost programed immo data after a day

modules will not randomly lose programming. The fact you tried 2 different EVO also shows the problem is elsewhere. Common issues with the AutoStart is the ground while running and also if using datalink, the datalink protocol needs to be set properly. You can try connecting the disarm and ground-while-runniung together.

Make sure yellow wire is on ignition and also make sure your autostart is NOT set to fortin protocol. You enable D2D in your evoall that's perfect, leave it to D2D in your starter too

i tried connect disarm and ground-while running togetther.

no change

also disconnect evo-all and checked igpower(yellow),blue(while running-groud)

with remote start. everything is good

i always use D2D and recommand version(67.15)?

if have problem with bad connection. why it's working after reprogram evo-all

is this have software bugs?

confirmed the Immobilizer light off on cluster when no start.

I have the same problem on Hyundai Santa Fee Xl 2014 !!!!!! Did you notice that the start time is longer with the remote starter that with the key?
