Can't get the solid blue light

Question

Hello.

I have a 2017 Jeep Patriot, pluged the t-harness to immobilizer, connected the 4-pin connector while holding the program button and all 3 lights keep flashing. How can I get the solid blue to program.

That's a a typical indicator that the module was never flashed.
