The Evo-One does not have the necessary output that can be programmed for the required latched signal the vehicle needs to activate the rear defrost. (8 minute latched negative signal) Also, triggering the defrost draws a lot of current for a vehicle that will be sitting at idle which might tax your charging system if it is not up to par.
