2011, VW EOS - After programing Evo-All - Won't remote start, no lights

Guide 61831 - Standalone Install, w/TB-VW. (no key required)

Hardware 6.0, Firmware 75.[38]

Successful install, programming including decryptor.

3x Lock Button on OEM remote... no red LED and no start.

Included options C1, D1, D2, D1.10

Your module is set to Lock-Unlock-Lock to remote start.

I have tried it both ways, and neither is getting a response.  I re-started programming sequence and believe that solved the issue.  However, the remote start will not work now without pressing brake.  Once I hold brake and then try to remote start, the car will start.  How do I bypass brake issue?
