Different colors of OBD2 wires

Hello wonderful team,

How to distinguish the wires of OBD2 connector by multimeter, especially can high and can low?

Can wires are usually twisted together...most times they are located in pins 6&14 or 3&11. Normal voltage of a 2 wire can system is tested with ignition on with a multimeter in V DC should be roughly 2.2-2.5Volts per wire combined voltage of 5V for both wires....
