How do I add a second remote

I have a 2010 Toyota Avalon with a Key-Override-all Transponder Data Bypass that uses a Python RPN 7211P remote.  I purchased a second remote.  How do I program it.

You need to contact the Python manufacturer or bring the vehicle to your local aftermarket installation shop.

 the Key-Override-All has nothing to do with remote programming.
