evo all module flash limit with new module

Question

I have several new and never used EVO ALL  and EVO CHRT5 modules
but when connecting to the updater i can not configure these as it says flash limit reached

WHY???

Hello,

 

Modules with a manufacture date of 2018 and older cannot be configured at the flash link. Please use a module with a date code of 2019+. 

 

If these are new simply contact the distributor you purchased them from.

That does not make any sense. I have these modules on stock, can not return back as
these were purchased some time ago as a bulk order with other items
I have 4 of these, new, unused. When it worked before, it should work now.
I do not see any reason why it should not work and be configured.
There must be some way how to do it. Older version or similar
The same goes for already installed modules. What if these need to be reconfigured or
some options changed?

Or do you want to say that I paid for someting and Fortin turned it into a pile of junk?
