Unfortunately this module cannot be reset as it's past the 5yr cut off.

I bought this device some time ago, and I programmed it on my Chevrolet Cruze 2010, but I did not use it so much.

 

I have the right to program it with the number as I want and at the time as I want.

 

you can say that it does not support the new sofwares and can not updated to new software , but at lest let me to change and edit  it's settings.

or you can ask for additional money to restore the possibility of all funcations and updating.

 

But stopping the device and I cannot even readjust its settings in the current software it's very bad and big problem and It will affect yours sales and reputation in the future.

I hope you understand my point and  reactivating the device .
