EvoRS CHRT5 Module goes off when ignition on

I have 2006 Grand Cherokee, I installed the unit as stand alone(F). Solid blue goes off when i turn on the ignition during programming.

Any idea to solve it?

What is the S/N number to the module? The S/N is located on the back of the unit.
