my evo one will not program

Question

all the wires are connected correctly on my evo one base on the instruction when press and hold the programming buttom and connect the power to the module the blue, red and yellow led will flash raperly.  but the blue and read led does not stay solid.  I can't not continue and I had to redo step one again.  I did this for 6 time and the same thing happens.  can you help!  do I have to reset the module? - SN002B04260413

did you flash your module to the correct frimware?

You need to let go of the programming button when you see the blue led. The module will not stop on the blue led on its own, you must let go of the button.

Thanks Derek that worked, but now I Cryptor the unit for the key bypass programming it completed the programming and I tried using the the key 3 x lock to start the car, but it does not start the car.  it beep the horn one time and nothing happens.

When you press lock on the OEM remote, does the blue led on the evo-one blink?

 

Also if the vehicle is automatic tranmission make sure you have cut the yellow loop.

Hello yes the blue led flashes ones.  Also yes the vihecle is an auto transmission and I cut the yellow loop.  What do you think is happening?

If you make the blue led blink three times what do the led's on the evo do?

Hello.  I had to press the EOM remote 5-6 time to make the blue led blink three and the red and yellow led turned on solid and the car turned on.   Is this what I have to do to be able to remote start my car?  that's too many times.... why does it do that? what can I do for the remote start to work with just 3x and start?

You are pressing the lock button too fast. Put a 1 mississippi pause between each lock press.
