Can I change vehicles and keep the same evo all

Question

I currently have a evo all with my Ford Focus. If I was to get a flash link and use that to reset the evo all and reprogram it to the new car. Is that possible. Would I only have to buy the harness?

As long as it is not older than 5 years old from todays date (manufacture date is located on back of unit), yes you can.

let me ask back with this then. If I buy a new RF remote and my evo-all is 6 years from manufacturer date, will I be able to flash it to accept that new remote?
