2019 Chevy Equinox PTS parts required resistor?

Hi I wanted to ask before install, parts required says 1k ohm resistor but it doesn't show location of install on install guides . 2019 Equinox PTS - Evo All with T harness and stand-alone.

It's not required. I will contact graphics dept to get that removed.
