fortin evo-one the current device cannot be flashed anymore

Hello! I have tried to connect RF-kit Omegalink OL-RF-42-SST to my Evo-One (OEM key working good) but I could not. It looks like Evo-One doesn't see omega. I flashed device a few times but it doesn't work. That my second installation. Can you give me advice on what should I do next?

My device Evo-One (11/2019) cannot be flashed anymore.

Be sure you are following the in vehicle programming page 3 of this guide: https://fortin.ca/download/90791/omega-ol-rf-42-sst-install-guide-90791.pdf and that the connector is plugged into the evo accordingly.

 

Step 10, the little red led on the side of the module, underneath the yellow loop will begin to flash. 

Step 11, the little red led on the side of the module, underneath the yellow loop should blink with each brake pedal press.
