2012 Honda Fit Manual Trans Clutch-Bypass Evo-One with Thar-One-HON1 T-harness

0 votes

Have installed Evo-One with T-harness into 2012 Honda Fit Sport w/ Manual Transmission.  Unit programs correctly, but guide 62321 only gives instructions for Automatic Transmission.  When attempting to remote start, it will only work with the Clutch (manually) depressed.

Which wire from the Evo-One can I safely use to tap into the clutch interlock switch at the pedal?  Switch has +12v on orange wire during starter activation.

You would use the white wire from the 20 pin connector of the evo one. It would get connected to the orange wire at the clutch switch.

You will also need to enable ready mode each time you want to remote start the vehicle.

Ready mode is explained in this guide: https://fortin.ca/en/download/87611/87611.pdf
