Can you confirm that my EVO-Start subscription is active?

I'm having an issue getting my EVO-Start to function properly. Can you confirm that my subscription is active? SN 81043369828.

Hello,

Yes the device shows it is activated on the 16 of this month and is currently online.

 

Try logging out out of the app, fully closing it out, then re open it and re connect.
