2016 Nissan Altima PCM humming sound and park lights staying on

0 votes
Installed compustar alarm with remote start using a EVO-NIST4 and diagram75491, d2d cable being used. For some reason the PCM is humming and the park lights are on, what can be the issue? Do I change out the power wire fuse to a 1 amp since it comes with a 30 but I am not using those, just the D2D as the diagram says.

Hello,

the evo is not connected to parking lights in this vehicle, it is connected to the hazard lights, so not sure why they would be turning on.

I have no reports of "humming sounds" coming from pcm for any NIST4 vehicles.

I would suggest perhaps unplugging and re plugging the connector to ensure they have been properly seated.

Best regards.

Thanks I will try that, also in regards to the power coming off of the alarm brain does the fuse need to be changed to a 1 amp as the diagram says it’s a 1 amp max?
