2014 Chevy Cruze dash lights up but no crank

Question

I installed my EVO All (Service# 001A06 853981) in my 2014 Cruze. When I push the OEM lock button 3x, the dash lights up but the car does not crank. All doors, trunk, and hood are closed. Options C1, D1, and D2 are all ON.

As stated in the guide on page 5, flash firmware 4.12 into the evo and connect lt.blue to the lt.bleu/black wire.
