The battery goes dead when the remote start is used and times out

This vehicle starts and runs well when the regular push to start is used. When the 3x function is used and the vehicle times out after it's time limit, and the vehicle sits all night. The battery is dead in the morning. The vehicle will not start with the 3x or push to start without a boost or battery charge. New battery has been installed.

YES THEY DO, BUT THE CUSTOMER SAYS THE REMOTE START CONTINUES TO RUN THE CAR FOR JUST OVER 30 MINUTES. I FOUND THAT THIS WAS ODD, BECAUSE FROM WHAT I REMEMBER WHEN PROGRAMMING THE BYPASS, I USUALL DONT SET IT FOR ANYTHING MORE THEN 15-20 MINUTES.
