Silverado heated seats

Installed Compustar CM7000 with EVO-ALL.  All works good.  Customer states the hetaed seats do not turn off with key takeover.  Is there any way to accomplish this?  Controls are on the doors, so manually turning off the passenger side from the driver's seat is difficult.

You can simply turn off the heated seat option in the evo-all. Its the Aux 5 & 6 options.

Have you confirmed the customer complaint yourself?

thanks for the reply. Yes I have confirmed this.  The customer likes having the heated seat option, so turning it off is a last resort.  Any other ideas/solutions?
Perhaps try turning off only one of the aux options and see if it only turns on the drivers seat?

So try turning off Aux5 and test see if one of the seats turn off.

If not go back and try turning off just AUX 6 and re test.
I was advised as follows on heated seats:

If left on the heated seats will autmatically turn on when remote started.

If left OFF AUX 1 and 2 of the remote starter will activate heated seats.
