How do you cancel or stop EVO-ONE remote start after activation?

I have the remote start set to run for 15mins after activation but once in awhile I change my mind to go somewhere. How do I cancel remote start?

Are you using the factory remote or an RF kit? Also what is the year make and model of the vehicle?

I'm using a RF kit. My car model is a 2010 Toyota Matrix.

depending on the RF kit being used, pressing the same button used to start the vehicle will also stop the vehicle unless it's a Fortin branded RF kit, then on remotes with a (-) symbol on the remote, please press this button once before pressing the start button to shut down the remote starter.
