No response using 1-Way FM remote when cold, but works when car is warm.

Hi,

E-300 2Way remote starter installed last fall (2014) with Evo-All in a 2012 Hyundai Sonata.

2-Way remote works perfectly, but 1-Way FM remote doesn't work when the car is colder than -15

Never seen this and honestly makes no sense; it's the same antenna receiving the signal. Swap out the remotes and antennas as you mentionned and work from there.

 

edit: just realised what you were saying about it being FM and you only carry AM remotes. You might want to contact your distributor and just get the parts changed; antenna and remotes.
