Security light keeps flashing while running 2007 grand cherokee

Question

Using Evo all CHrt5 securtiy light keeps flashing after remote started. Tried different evo alls loaded different firmware each time same thing.  The light goes off after key takeover.  Service #001A06440808.

If it's going away after takeover, it's not a problem. Cars sometimes like to see a physical key.

Doesn't  make sence to me, this is the only vehicle I've had this happen on.

Customer see's light flashing and is worried, it's not the first vehicle I've done for them.
