2009 Infiniti FX50S - No sounds from Radio after remote start

When I use the remote start function, the car starts fine, but half of the time, the sound from the radio is not working.  Sound from bluetooth, from DVD is working fine, but not from radio.  Only does that with remote start.

sounds like a user recognition thing (smart key 1 has X settings while smart key 2 has Y settings). Remote start the vehicle, then set everything up while it's remote started. Ideally to do this, sit in the car without any smart key with you, remote start the vehicle, set everything up. If it's a 3x lock start setup, start the vehicle by grounding the yellow/black wire on the 20-pin connector. Basically, you do not want the vehicle to see your smart key, let it learn the settings while the EVO has the car started. (i have no idea if this makes any sense, worth a try since it's most likely the problem)

the vehicle is remote started like human would be started it. it presses on the brake, then presses on the push-to-start button. There's no reason audio should not be functional unless it'ssomething like mentionned above.
