Install 2009 camry standalone remote starter yellow black cable to ground starts

Question

Camry hybrid doesn't start with 3 clicks but starts when yellow black cable touches ground.  Ver 79.

As mentionned in the other post, turn on Option 14 in the EVO

I didn't have flash hardware I waited for it then option 14 is already on, the company who I buy from send me another fortin I flash it now everything works fine . Thank you.
