DCryptor Transfer Error

Question

I have a Nissan Armada 2021.
I have installed the unit SN: 001A07 679868

The unit programmed to the car correctly. All the lights lights flashed in the way the instructions say.
when I come to the computer and go to DCryptor, after I click send data it says ERROR: transmission failed check usb connection. And then it says Receive Error.
Does it every time not matter what I do.

What can be done?
Car now has a key system failure error.

Ok now it doesn’t say it’s reached the limit anymore, but it says failed transmission check usb when I try to send data with the dcryptor. I have reset the evo-all and reprogrammed it to the car but it still isn’t working on the dcryptor side. Not sure what else to do..
I actually just noticed in the Flash LInk Manager software, it shows the picture of a Nissan Altima. I bought a unit that is supposed to be for a Nissan Aramada. Could my box be programmed incorrectly?

It seemed to program perfectly. Said to disconnect device. Brought back to car and installed. Car still doesn’t recognize a key. Unlock works on the fob but lock doesn’t not. Remote start doesn’t work. Will crank and run. But difficult to get it to. Says no key.

Not sure what else to do.
