If we press the start-stop button once, then the remote start works without problems... If we don’t press it, then after 8-10 attempts it starts starting normally.  Power is supplied to ON1, ON2, ON3 and ACC during remote start...Maybe somewhere else need to supply power?

What exactly do you mean by "If we press the start-stop button once"? Which button are you referring to?

Also what does "If we don’t press it, then after 8-10 attempts it starts starting normally" mean?

I mean the standard start-stop button. If we turn on the first ignition (ACC) and drive out of the car, then the remote starts normally. Now I found this option: I first remove the red connector, then press start (3x lock)... When the lights in the instruments turn on, I insert this red connector and the engine starts. After this, it works fine. But if we open and close the driver's door, it doesn't work again.
