Flash link not detecting my module when connected to my computer

My computer says not detecting flash link when connected.  When I plug in the flash link the three LED come on and then go out.  The module yellow LED comes on and its says trying to connect and after a minute it seems to give up and says unable to connect.

it looks like a bad connection, try to flip the cable to the other side and give it a try

the cable is key'd only to go one way?

Is the EVO still plugged to the car ? It should not be.

 

Also, click on HELP then click on CANCEL FLASHLINK UPDATE if it is clicable. Disconnect/Reconnect the flasher and test.

 

If you have windows 7, go into Windows Update and run any available update.

No it is not plugged in to car, did not get that far.  

I am operating Windows 10.  And I actually did check and see it is up to date with windows updates.

And I will find cancel flash link update and see if that helps.
Ok the help menu item to cancel the update is grey'd out.  Not available.
dont connect both flashlink and car harness.
Car harness is not connected
Is there anything else we can try?

Also have Teamviewer ready so the agent can take a look.

fixed now programmed module properly finally but wont start and no led indications whatsoever on fob button pushes .

Also EVO-ALL thar-toy13 harness connections all in do i need to leave any disconnected?
