2014 Toyota Rav4 with THAR-ONE-TOY8 Installation EVO ONE

I'm having trouble reading the diagram on the online installation guide. Could you simplify this for me please?

just follow the wires plugs .....the install is a plug and play only wires required is if you want to start with the oem key fob and one wire if unit has a factory alarm you need the flashlink tool to set all parameters in the evo one
