2014 journey shuts off after a few seconds

I did an install with t harness and evo all on a 2014 dodge journey. The customer says sometimes it starts and shuts off after a few seconds, and sometimes it doesnt start at all. It is set up with 3x lock. I will not have serial number of the unit until tomorrow. It worked fine the day of installation. Any ideas?
