EVO ALL With RF ALL 641W

0 votes
I'm installing an EVO ALL wIth the RF-ALL 641W. It's unusual for this make 2003 Dodge Stratus Sedan. But the car does not have a transponder system, it use standard keys. It has power locks and trunk, but no factory alarm installed. Also when trying to program the key fobs, on Step 4  when I program button, the  blue and red light go out  then the blue, amber and red lights come back solid and the antenna flashes blue while the key switch is in the off position. Am I missing a component? only need remote start.

Looking at the information provided I think there has been some mis information.

The evo-all cannot do stand alone on this vehicle. It needs a remote starter to physically start the car due to the high current ignition wires that need to be interfaced with.

So an evo-all in stand alone with an RF kit will not work.

As far as programming the remotes, seeing as it isn't supported on this vehicle that may answer why they aren't programming properly. but generally speaking, the evo only need 12, ground and ignition present on the yellow wire, as well as the H2 option enabled for them to program.

I was just looking over the guide and realize that. Thank you for getting back with me.
Puchased the Avital 4105lL. This 2003 Dodge Stratus does not have a factory alarm or immobilizer system. Can the remote start be installed without the Evo-All?
