2015 ram 1500 gas regular key

Question

I installed EVO-all as stand alone.  a month ago. everythink works good.

i explaint to the costumer about the keyless entry in the spare remote is not going to work as soon as you start the car with RS.   He was ok with that .

I sad to him he can use the spare remote as keyless entry   anytime as long the car is not RS.

Today i callme and complaining he cannot go inside of car with spare remote and the car it was not running .

he had to get the other remote and as soon he open a dor with the other remote  everything went in normal operation.

Is there any reasen for the spare remote not to work  ????

And supose he started RS with the spare remote (which is not supose to) and after 15 min the rs  run out

DOES the remote works after that or still is not going to work till you open the door with the othe remote.

The remote used to program the fortin module will function normally as long as the truck is not remote started.

So if the truck is at rest it will still function normally. Their is no reason ( except a weak battery or sticky button) the remote would not work when the vehicle is just parked and not started.

Did you make the RAP connection as stated in the guide when you did the install?
