Is EVO-ALL capable of remote starting 2014 Ford Escape with OEM remotes?

Purchased a EVO_FORT1 combo and installed and pogrammed with no issue but does not start vehicle

3x lock start and OEM remote monitoring have to be enable in flashlink manager.

When pressing lock on factory remote blue light should flash.
