EVO-ALL-RS-FV6 for Vw Tiguan 2011

0 votes
Hi. I bought this EVO-ALL-RS-FV6 for 07-2010 Tiguan. I installed it. Firmware 75-41. Hardware 7. I installed the options. The first time when programming the key decryptor, I pressed and held the module button, the LED blinked, everything was correct, it saved the keys. I connected the module to the flasher and it transmitted the decrypt to the server, the server calculated and returned everything back and stitched it into the module. I disconnected the module from the flasher and connected it to the car according to the instructions. And nothing. The LED on the module is always red, does not react to anything. I tried to do a reset, according to the instructions, holding the button, connect the power supply and release it when it lights up red, then press and hold until the LED starts blinking, release the button and turn off the power .... nothing blinks, it just lights up red all the time. I tried to reflash the module with a flasher, it reflashed, now there is the 2nd entry out of 8. How to revive the module?

With best regards

Hello,

Here is how to correct the red led issue: https://www.wirecolor.com/en/qa/92073/faq-red-led-stuck-on?show=92073#q92073

Once that is done, master reset the evo: https://cdn.fortin.ca/en/download/61931/61931.pdf

From there set options/firmware for vehicle being worked on and re program it in the vehicle.

If you need the flash count reset simply provide the S/N module and i can reset it for you.

Best regards.

Vin looks fine to me.

Call into tech support when you have the vehicle, module and flasher on hand. That way an agent can go through it with you and if there is an issue a report can be created and submitted to engineering to see what may be preventing the unitt from working as intended.

Hello again. I started again. To begin with, I checked the voltage at the terminals of A11. A1 and did not find any ignition voltage there. I had to disassemble the wiring of the Thar-TV6. And this is what I found. Two diodes soldered to the board are the other way around. I took a photo. I was delighted and re-soldered the diodes, now the voltage of Ign appeared at the terminals of A11. At first, I tried to program the module according to the connection diagram 92501. Before that, I programmed the 3rd chip of the X-Horse, checked the chip works. And nothing. It says there that after turning off the ignition p.6, the blue LED should blink quickly, but I have yellow and red blinking, the start does not work. Ok, I returned everything according to the 92511 diagram, all LED blinking occurs according to the instructions, but as in p16. After the discript, all the LEDs went out. But there is no start. The module does not respond to triple pressing in any way. i tried to repeat the decryption initialization again, but now the decryption attempts have ended.......i am angry
You should not be following multiple guides.

If you are doing a stand alone install without key loss using the evo all, vwt6 & tb-vw you should be following this guide: https://cdn02.fortin.ca/download/92511/EVO-ALL_IG_RTS_BI_VW_TIGUAN_2010_KEY_TB_D_92511.pdf

I have reset the dcryptor limit on the unit. Please call into tech support when you have the vehicle, module and flasher on hand. That way an agent can go through it with you and if there is an issue a report can be created and submitted to engineering to see what may be preventing the unitt from working as intended.

See above . you wrote to me how i can fix the problem. The problem didnt go away. I found a wiring error with a diode and because i already had the wiring redone for ad external chip , i checked . doest't work. I returned everything to the wiring according to manual 92511. Doesn't work. I i'll try to decrypt again.
