FTX642W Red light response

Hi

   Install on a 2016 Ford Escape eith evo all and Fort4 harness. Remotes programmed as expected,

but communication continues to fail. Any action from my key fob forces the antennas blue lights to respond but I’m getting nowhere with the long range remotes. Any suggestions?
