THAR-VW6 Wiring Questions

Question

Questions about the wiring diagram.  I have the EVO ALL VWT6 kit, standard key, no key required kit. 

 On the left side there's a bunch of grayed out wires, assuming don't need?  There's some listed with dashes, optional?  The purple are for lock unlock input external control, what is that?

Then there's more, dk blude, lt blue, black and more with letters and numbers, A8 is DK Blue, is that going to terminal 8 on the BCM brown connector? It shows the optional Hazard labeled A14 going to A7 on BCM which is why I don't understand where they are going if the numbers don't match and there's no colors to match. Where are these wires going?

 What is the yellow ignition wire that's labeled ignition output for convenient device?  On the right side there is a few connector images with no clear description, two look taped over, are these inline removing factory plugs and replacing them with these?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting Fortin Electronic Systems Technical Support.

The only wire that needs to be connected manually on that install for the vehicle to remote start is the yellow/red to the brake wire in the vehicle if it requires the brake to be pressed to start.

​And as far as the plugs from the VW6 harmess, everything should be comnected from the EVO unit to the vehicle except for connector B wich is not connected you can just isolate it.
